Winter is fast approaching and that means our freezers are getting ready for their hibernation. I would like to thank you for having us at the market this year. You, the staff, and other farmers went above and beyond to make the market successful! More markets should use Billings Forge as an example for success. We currently attend five markets and I must say that Thursdays at Billings are the highlight of our week. The thing that makes Billings so special is its repeat customer base. Many patrons come week after week and we get to know the regulars by name. Everything from newsletters to marketing is top notch!

So as we prepare for the long winter we say thanks Rita, and the gang and look forward to seeing our friends in the spring.
